Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

Recent Gold Coast jobs

  • Surfers Paradise, July 2026: a water leak damaged carpet in multiple rooms, which needed removal and drying.
  • Robina, July 2026: water ingress from the patio caused damage and mould growth in the loungeroom ceiling, needing restoration work to make the area safe.
  • Mudgeeraba, July 2026: mould in a bedroom and hallway after water damage from recent storms.
  • Parkwood, July 2026: moisture in an entrance hallway needed surface cleaning and sanitisation.

Water and mould

Most of those jobs started with water. Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire alongside.

Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are covered too, the latter in line with IICRC S520. Air Quality Testing tells you what’s in the air once the work is done.

Asbestos, done in-house

We offer Asbestos Testing & Inspection and Asbestos Removal. Removal is carried out by our own qualified technicians rather than subcontracted, and sample testing goes through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.

If a storm repair or renovation is going to disturb old building materials, testing them first is the safe order of things.

Fire, smoke and specialist cleaning

Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. We also handle Lead Paint Removal, Meth Testing & Decontamination, Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, and Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, from Helensvale and Southport down to Burleigh Heads and Coolangatta.

Keeping you in the picture

You’ll get live onsite reporting, and our targets are an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.

A Google review from Nicole Martin, after a burst pipe caused water damage: “Nothing was too hard and Guosheng had multiple tricks up his sleeve to ensure maximum drying capacity.”

Who you’ll be dealing with

Elite Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm, certificate number 70100265, with multiple IICRC-certified technicians on staff. Our head office is in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane, and we carry $20 million in public and products liability cover. We’re also CM3 certified, which is an independent contractor OH&S and compliance prequalification.
