Leaks and water damage

A 2-room job and a 17-room job have something in common: both need the moisture found and dried properly before anything is put back.

Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire alongside. Our targets include monitoring on alternate days.

Mould and air quality testing

We offer Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation, the latter in line with IICRC S520, plus Air Quality Testing. Samples are tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.

Fire and smoke

Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and the IICRC certifications our technicians hold include fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level.

While you wait for us

Turn off the water at the mains if you can do it safely, and switch off power to wet rooms. Then photograph the damage, room by room, before anything is moved. Your insurer will want to see it.

Insurance and paperwork

We liaise with your insurer from the first call to final sign-off, and our 7-Day EOL (End-of-Loss) project life cycle is built to close the loss out end to end. You’ll get live onsite reporting, plus scopes and quotes prepared onsite. Our targets also include an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours.
