Homes and offices

An office with water through it is a different kind of problem from a wet house: there are staff, records and trading to think about, as well as the building.

Either way, Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500, with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire available.

Fire and smoke restoration

Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and our technicians' IICRC certifications include fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level. Smoke odour can linger well after the visible damage is cleaned, so Air Quality Testing is worth knowing about.

Mould and testing

Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are part of the service, with remediation in line with IICRC S520. Meth Testing & Decontamination is available as well, using NATA-accredited laboratory partners for sample testing.

Specialist cleaning

Lead Paint Removal, Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, and Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning are all on offer, from Highfields down through Wilsonton to Drayton and Westbrook.

Insurance, done directly

We liaise with your insurer from the first call to final sign-off. Our 7-Day EOL (End-of-Loss) project life cycle is built to close the loss out end to end, with live onsite reporting along the way and scopes and quotes prepared onsite.

Our targets include an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, then a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.

What to do while you wait

If water is still running, turn it off at the mains if you can do so safely. Keep power off in wet areas, and take photos for your insurer before anything is moved.
