Refunds, exchanges & credits
Please choose carefully — we don't normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind, order incorrectly, or decide you no longer want the product.
You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit where goods are:
- faulty or defective;
- wrongly described;
- different from the product purchased; or
- don't perform as advertised.
Returns process
If you believe an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:
- your order number and purchase details;
- a description of the issue; and
- photos of the product and packaging where relevant.
Where a return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping arrangements and costs depend on the reason for return and your consumer-law rights.
