Refund Policy

When and how Elite Restoration provides refunds, exchanges, or store credits on products.

Refunds, exchanges & credits

Please choose carefully — we don't normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind, order incorrectly, or decide you no longer want the product.

You may choose a refund, exchange, or store credit where goods are:

  • faulty or defective;
  • wrongly described;
  • different from the product purchased; or
  • don't perform as advertised.

Returns process

If you believe an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged, contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • your order number and purchase details;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

Where a return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping arrangements and costs depend on the reason for return and your consumer-law rights.

Your rights under Australian law

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
