Our remediation follows IICRC S520. First we inspect and trace the water: a roof, a window seal, a shower recess or a pipe. Then the area is contained, and anything soaked beyond saving, such as plasterboard or carpet underlay, is removed. Surfaces that stay are treated with an antimicrobial before the building is dried.
An initial report and a scope or quote follow within 24 hours. While equipment is running we monitor drying on alternate days, and the completion report comes 24 to 48 hours after the work ends.
