How Elite Restoration ships products ordered through this website.

Shipping information

  • We deliver using Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway), and other couriers as required.
  • Shipping cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of your order; we may charge a flat fee to keep pricing simple and competitive.
  • Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates, generally 1–5 business days depending on your location and courier conditions.

Shipping destinations

We ship Australia-wide. We don't currently accept international orders through the website, for an international or special order, please contact us through our standard business channels.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please notify us promptly and retain all packaging. We may request photos and details to assist with courier investigations and to arrange a suitable remedy. Investigation and replacement timing may depend on courier confirmation.
