You decide what happens to everything
Nothing leaves the house without a decision behind it. Before the clearance starts, we agree with you what is to be kept, what goes to family, what can be donated, and what is to be disposed of. Photos, letters, documents, jewellery and anything that looks personal or valuable are set aside for you as they turn up, even in the middle of the clear.
If the family would like to go through some rooms first, the work can wait for that.
How the work runs
- A walk-through of the property and a fixed quote, so the executor knows the cost before anything starts.
- Sorting room by room, with keepsakes, documents and valuables set aside.
- Items donated or recycled wherever possible.
- The rest cleared and disposed of responsibly.
- A full clean of the empty home, so it is ready to sell or lease.
- A record of the work for the executor’s file.
For executors and families from afar
Many estates are handled by someone who lives in another city or state. The fixed quote, regular updates and the written record mean you can keep track of the work without travelling for every step, and the agent or solicitor can be kept informed too.
What customers say
“Nothing was too hard ... The communication throughout the whole process was excellent, which made this very stressful situation for me a lot easier to handle.” – Nicole Martin, Google review, 5/5.

Deceased estate questions
Can personal items and documents be set aside?
Yes. Anything personal, important or valuable is set aside for the family as it is found.
Do we need probate before the house is cleared?
That is a question for the executor and the estate’s solicitor. We work to their timing.
Can you clear it if I live interstate?
Yes. The fixed quote, updates and written record are designed for exactly that.
Do you clean as well as clear?
Yes. The home is given a full clean once it is empty, ready for sale or lease.
