Hi! 👋 How can we help today?

Recent work on the coast

  • Yandina, July 2026: fire damage meant a non-restorable contents assessment and disposal.
  • Yandina, July 2026: contents were relocated for building works.
  • Mooloolaba, August 2026: work at an office.

After a fire

Once the fire service says it’s safe to go back in, resist the urge to start cleaning. Smoke residue can smear and set into surfaces when it’s wiped the wrong way, and anything electrical that’s been near heat or water should stay off until it’s checked. Photograph everything, contents included, before it’s moved.

Asbestos, done in-house

Asbestos Removal is carried out by our own in-house qualified technicians rather than subcontracted. Asbestos Testing & Inspection samples go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.

If storm or fire damage has broken old sheeting or flooring that might contain asbestos, leave it undisturbed until it’s been tested.

Water, mould and fire

Water Damage Restoration, Structural Drying, Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire are carried out in line with IICRC S500. Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation follow IICRC S520, with Air Quality Testing alongside. Fire & Smoke Restoration follows IICRC S700.

We also provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal.

Coast and hinterland

We cover the beaches from Caloundra and Mooloolaba up through Maroochydore and Coolum Beach to Noosa Heads, and inland to Buderim and Nambour.

Claims and what customers say

We liaise with your insurer from first call to final sign-off, with insurance work following a 7-Day End-of-Loss project life cycle and live onsite reporting, scopes and quotes throughout. Elite Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm and CM3 certified, with $20 million in public and products liability cover.

From a Google review by Mark Briggs: “Quick, reliable and efficient, very knowledgeable staff.”
