What happens after you call
In metro areas we aim to be on site within 2 hours. You can then expect an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
All of it comes with live onsite reporting, scopes and quotes, so you’re never guessing where the job is up to.
Water, leaks and drying
Water Damage Restoration, Structural Drying, Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire are carried out in line with IICRC S500. While you wait, turn the water off at the mains if a pipe has let go, keep away from anything electrical that’s wet, and take photos before anything is moved.
Mould and air quality
We provide Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation in line with IICRC S520, plus Air Quality Testing. Samples are tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
If you’ve spotted mould, leave it be until it’s inspected. Disturbing it can spread it, and household bleach on porous surfaces seldom deals with the growth underneath.
Fire, smoke and the rest
Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. We also handle Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal around Geelong.
