Our Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and our technicians hold IICRC certifications that include fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level. Air Quality Testing is on offer as well, for when the house still doesn’t smell right.
Water, damp and mould
Drying is carried out in line with IICRC S500, through Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying. When the source isn’t obvious, Water Leak Detection is there to find it, and Dehumidifier Hire keeps a room drying between visits. Wet plaster and timber can look fine for a while before mould starts to show.
Mould is treated as a job of its own. We offer Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation, the second in line with IICRC S520, and sample testing goes through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
Insurance claims, start to finish
We liaise with insurers on claims, and our 7-Day EOL (End-of-Loss) project life cycle is built to close the loss out end to end. You’ll get live onsite reporting, plus scopes and quotes, as the job moves along.
The targets we hold ourselves to are an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
