What we guarantee
- Restoration to standard. Water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mould remediation are carried out to recognised IICRC industry standards and relevant Australian guidelines — not shortcuts.
- Workmanship warranty. If restoration work does not meet the standard we committed to, we will return and put it right at no additional cost to you.
- Rapid response. Restoration is time-critical. We prioritise fast attendance to contain the damage and begin drying, cleaning or remediation as quickly as possible.
- Qualified and insured. Our restoration technicians are certified for the work they perform, and Elite carries appropriate insurance. Documentation is available on request.
