What we guarantee

  • Restoration to standard. Water damage, fire and smoke damage, and mould remediation are carried out to recognised IICRC industry standards and relevant Australian guidelines, not shortcuts.
  • Workmanship warranty. If restoration work does not meet the standard we committed to, we will return and put it right at no additional cost to you.
  • Rapid response. Restoration is time-critical. We prioritise fast attendance to contain the damage and begin drying, cleaning or remediation as quickly as possible.
  • Qualified and insured. Our restoration technicians are certified for the work they perform, and Elite carries appropriate insurance. Documentation is available on request.
  • Insurer-ready documentation. We provide clear scopes, moisture and progress records where relevant, and itemised reporting suitable for your insurance claim.

If you're not satisfied

Contact us and tell us what's wrong. We will assess the issue and, where the work has not met the agreed standard, re-attend to correct it. Your feedback is reviewed by our team and used to keep our standards high.
