Inspection and moisture tracing come first. Then containment, so spores stay in the work zone. After that, removal of affected plasterboard or underlay, an antimicrobial treatment, and structural drying, monitored on alternate days. An initial report and scope arrive within 24 hours, and samples go to NATA-accredited laboratory partners when testing is needed.
During the job you can usually stay in the house. The sealed area is out of bounds, and it comes back into use once monitoring confirms the structure is dry. Live onsite reporting means you can see the scope and progress without chasing anyone for an update.
