Recent Melbourne jobs
In Brighton East in July 2026, a strong odour lingered after burnt food was cleaned out of a microwave, and the property needed deodorisation. The same month in Northcote, water damage to a ceiling called for urgent make safe work. In August 2026 we worked on an apartment in Prahran.
About lingering smells
Smoke and burnt-food odours get into soft furnishings, cupboards and ceiling spaces, which is why they hang around after the visible mess is gone. Fragrance only covers them for a while.
What to expect
In metro areas our target is to be on site within 2 hours. An initial report and a scope or quote follow within 24 hours, then monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
