Every stage follows IICRC S520, the industry standard for mould remediation.
Inspection. We check the affected rooms and trace where the moisture comes from, whether that’s a roof leak, a plumbing fault or condensation.
Containment. The work area is closed off so disturbed spores stay put.
Removal. Materials too damaged to save, like swollen plasterboard, come out.
Treatment and drying. Remaining surfaces get an antimicrobial treatment and the structure is dried.
Verification. You get a completion report within 24 to 48 hours of the work finishing.
Reporting happens live on site, so you can see the scope as it’s written. An initial report and a scope or quote come within 24 hours, and drying is monitored on alternate days. You generally keep using the rest of the house while the contained room is worked on.

Is the mould in my home dangerous?
Usually it’s a nuisance more than a hazard. It becomes a health matter when it covers a big area, returns after cleaning, or lives alongside someone with a respiratory condition.
Can I clean it myself, or does it need remediation?
A small surface spot, yes. Mould inside cavities, ceilings or under flooring needs removal and drying.
