Our remediation follows IICRC S520. First we inspect and pinpoint where the water is coming from. Then the area is sealed off so spores aren’t spread through the house. Damaged material is removed, remaining surfaces are treated with an antimicrobial, and the building is dried, with monitoring on alternate days.
