Water and leaks
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500. Water Leak Detection is there when the source isn’t clear, and Dehumidifier Hire supports the drying.
Until we arrive, switch the water off at the mains if a pipe has failed, keep away from wet power points, and move rugs and furniture off soaked floors if you can.
Mould checks and removal
Mould Inspection & Testing comes before Mould Removal & Remediation, which is done in line with IICRC S520. Air Quality Testing is available as well, and samples go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
Spotted mould on a wall or ceiling? Leave it alone for now. Scrubbing or spraying it yourself can spread it, and it’s easier to deal with properly once it’s been inspected.
Fire and smoke, plus specialist cleaning
Fire & Smoke Restoration follows IICRC S700. If you’ve had a fire, stay out until it’s been declared safe, and keep anything electrical that was near the heat switched off. We also provide:
