Leaks, storms and burst pipes
Water can get in from above as well as below: a blocked gutter, a damaged roof, a pipe in the ceiling. Wherever it comes from, the drying has to be thorough, or the damp stays behind.
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500. Water Leak Detection can find a hidden source, and Dehumidifier Hire keeps the drying going.
Mould, before it spreads
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are both available, with remediation in line with IICRC S520. Air Quality Testing is on offer too, and samples are tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
Our technicians' IICRC certifications include applied microbial remediation.
Fire and smoke damage
Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. Smoke and soot don’t stay in the room where the fire was, so the whole house needs looking at. Smoke odour can hang around long after the visible damage is gone.

If you can reach the mains safely, turn the water off, and keep the power off in any wet rooms. A few photos taken before anything is moved will help your insurer.
Insurance and reporting
We liaise with your insurer, report live from site, and prepare scopes and quotes onsite. Our targets are an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
