Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500. Water Leak Detection helps find a hidden source, and Dehumidifier Hire keeps a space drying, with our targets including monitoring on alternate days.
Mould and air
Damp that hangs around turns into mould. Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are both available, with remediation in line with IICRC S520, and Air Quality Testing is there if you want to know what’s in the air at home. Samples go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.

Before help arrives
Shut off the water if you can safely reach the mains, and keep the bathroom door closed so the damp stays in one place. Photos taken before the clean-up starts are useful for an insurance claim.
Handling the insurance side
We liaise with your insurer on the claim, from the first call to final sign-off, and you’ll see live onsite reporting, scopes and quotes as the work goes. Our targets include an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
