When a unit or house gets wet
A room can look dry on the surface and still be wet underneath, in the plaster, the skirting boards and the subfloor. Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying, both carried out in line with IICRC S500, are how a building gets properly back to dry.
Water Leak Detection helps find where the water came from in the first place. If a room needs to keep drying after we’ve gone, Dehumidifier Hire covers that, and our targets include monitoring on alternate days.
Mould near the coast
Mould tends to follow moisture. We offer Mould Inspection & Testing, Mould Removal & Remediation in line with IICRC S520, and Air Quality Testing, with samples tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
Our technicians' IICRC certifications include applied microbial remediation, the mould side of the trade.
Fire, smoke and specialist work
Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. Soot travels through a house on air currents, so rooms well away from the fire can need cleaning too. We also take on Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal.

Before we arrive
If you can reach the mains safely, turn the water off. Lift what you can off wet carpet, and take photos for your insurer before the clean-up starts.
