“We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, water seeped into our walls and our unit was at a very high risk for mould :( Guosheng worked tirelessly to ensure the drying process went as smooth as possible, even working until the evening on a Friday to ensure our walls would be dry and safe over the weekend! An extremely proficient and productive company that thrives on providing excellent service and quality work. Thank you so much for all of your help! <3”

You tell us the signs, from the water bill to the stain. The leak is confirmed with the meter and narrowed with a pressure test on each section of pipe. It is then located by sound on a pressurised line, by temperature on the wall or slab, and by moisture readings that show where the wet is worst, and the spot is marked for the repair. An initial report and scope follow within 24 hours, with readings and photos. After the repair, the structure is dried in line with IICRC S500 and checked on alternate days until it reads dry.
Recent Canberra work includes a house in Ainslie in October 2026, a unit in O’Connor and another Ainslie property in September, and a mould inspection in Evatt in July, each documented room by room.
