Mould calls around Canberra
Two of our July 2026 jobs here were about mould:
- In Kambah, an unexplained mould odour in a bathroom needed inspection.
- In Evatt, a mould inspection was carried out.
Samples from Mould Inspection & Testing go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners, and Mould Removal & Remediation is carried out in line with IICRC S520. We were also in O’Connor and Ainslie in September 2026, documenting 9 rooms at each property.
Mould in a bathroom usually means moisture has been sitting somewhere for a while, so we look for the cause as well as the growth.
Water and fire damage
For water, there’s Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying in line with IICRC S500, along with Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire. A leak behind a vanity or under a floor can do a lot of damage before anyone sees it, so finding the source matters as much as drying.
Fire & Smoke Restoration is done in line with IICRC S700, and Air Quality Testing is available after either kind of damage. Dehumidifier Hire keeps the drying going between monitoring visits, which our targets set for alternate days.

Insurance work comes with paperwork. We report live from site, scopes and quotes are prepared onsite, and our 7-Day EOL (End-of-Loss) project life cycle is built to close the loss out end to end. Our targets include an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.
