Smoke, fire and soot
In July 2026 we were called to a house in Maraylya where smoke damage was present throughout, and a quote for cleaning was needed. We documented 10 rooms there.
Jobs like that are where Fire & Smoke Restoration, carried out in line with IICRC S700, comes in. Our technicians' IICRC certifications include fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level.
Water damage and drying
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are carried out in line with IICRC S500. Water Leak Detection finds where it’s coming from, and Dehumidifier Hire keeps the drying going between visits.
In apartments, a leak upstairs can quickly become a problem downstairs, so finding the source matters as much as the drying.
Mould, testing and hazards
We offer Mould Inspection & Testing, Mould Removal & Remediation in line with IICRC S520, Air Quality Testing, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal. Sample testing goes through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.

While you wait
If it’s safe, turn off the water at the mains. In a unit, tell your building manager or strata as well, so the source can be traced. Photos of the damage, taken before anything is moved, will help your insurer.
Sensitive work and insurance
We also handle Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, and Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning. On insurance jobs, we liaise with your insurer from the first call to final sign-off, and our 7-Day EOL (End-of-Loss) project life cycle is built to close the loss out end to end.
Who you’ll be dealing with
Elite Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm, certificate number 70100265, with multiple IICRC-certified technicians on staff, and we carry $20 million in public and products liability cover.
