Water and storm damage
Heavy rain, a failed hot water system or a leaking roof can all put water where it shouldn’t be. Once it’s in the walls and under the floors, it needs more than a mop and a fan.
Water Damage Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S500, and Structural Drying goes hand in hand with it. We also offer Water Leak Detection, plus Dehumidifier Hire for rooms that need longer to dry.
Fire and smoke
After a fire, smoke and soot often reach rooms the flames never touched. Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700, and the IICRC certifications our technicians hold include fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level.

Samples are tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners, so the results come from an accredited lab.

Before we arrive
When it’s safe, turn off the water at the mains and switch off power to any wet rooms. Then take a few photos of the damage before you start moving furniture, because your insurer will ask for them.
