One call, any hour
Emergency mitigation call-out is available 24/7, 365 days a year. Once we’re on the job you get live onsite reporting, scopes and quotes, so you can see what’s planned before it starts.
Water damage
Water Damage Restoration and Structural Drying are done in line with IICRC S500. Wet plasterboard, timber and underlay can hold moisture long after the surface looks fine, which is why drying is checked rather than assumed.
Water Leak Detection helps find where it started, and Dehumidifier Hire keeps the drying going where it’s needed. If it’s safe, turning off the water at the mains is the best first step while you wait.
Mould
Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation are carried out in line with IICRC S520, with Air Quality Testing alongside. Samples go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners. Until it’s been inspected, try not to touch or clean visible mould yourself.
Fire, smoke and specialist work
Fire & Smoke Restoration is carried out in line with IICRC S700. After a fire, leave soot and smoke residue alone until it’s been assessed. We also provide Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal around Devonport and Ulverstone.
Questions we hear
Do you only work in Devonport?
No. We cover East Devonport, Latrobe, Ulverstone, Penguin and Wynyard as well, and recent work has taken us to Forth and Romaine.
Can you help with the insurance claim?
Yes. We liaise with your insurer from first call to final sign-off, and insurance work follows a 7-Day End-of-Loss project life cycle.
