When you first call
If it’s safe to do so, switch off the water at the mains, or the power to the affected rooms, and then ring us. Don’t wait for business hours. Photos of the damage, taken before anything is moved, are useful for your insurer.
An emergency mitigation call-out is about stopping the damage getting worse. The restoration comes after that, along with the reporting that goes with it.
Reports you can actually follow
It’s hard to relax when you don’t know what’s happening inside your own home. That’s why we report live from site, and why scopes and quotes are written onsite.
Our targets are an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours. If there’s a claim, we deal with your insurer directly from the first call to final sign-off.
