Water and drying
For water damage we provide Water Damage Restoration, Structural Drying, Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire. The water work is carried out in line with IICRC S500, and the drying is monitored rather than guessed at.
Before we get there
- Turn the water off at the mains if a pipe has burst and it’s safe to reach.
- Don’t use power points or appliances that water has reached.
- Get furniture, rugs and anything absorbent off the wet floor.
- Photograph the damage before you start moving things, for the insurer.
Mould and air quality testing
Mould Inspection & Testing works out what you’re dealing with. Mould Removal & Remediation is carried out in line with IICRC S520, and Air Quality Testing is available as well, with samples tested through NATA-accredited laboratory partners.
If you’ve found mould, keep the room closed and leave the patch alone. Cleaning it yourself can spread it further through the house.
After a fire
Fire & Smoke Restoration is done in line with IICRC S700.
Our technicians hold IICRC certifications including water damage restoration, applied structural drying, applied microbial remediation, and fire and smoke damage restoration at Master level.
