In metro areas our target is to be on site within 2 hours. From there, you can expect an initial report and a scope or quote within 24 hours, monitoring on alternate days, and a completion report within 24 to 48 hours.

Before we get there
A few things help while you wait, as long as they’re safe to do:
- Turn the water off at the mains if a pipe or fitting has failed.
- Keep the power off in any room where water has reached outlets or appliances.
- Stay out of water from a drain or sewer overflow, and keep children and pets away from it.
- Take photos before anything is moved or thrown out, because your insurer will want to see them.
Water, mould, fire and asbestos
Water Damage Restoration, Structural Drying, Water Leak Detection and Dehumidifier Hire are carried out in line with IICRC S500. In a subtropical river city mould often follows water, so Mould Inspection & Testing and Mould Removal & Remediation follow IICRC S520, with Air Quality Testing alongside. Fire & Smoke Restoration follows IICRC S700.
Asbestos Removal is done by our own in-house qualified technicians, not subcontracted, and Asbestos Testing & Inspection samples go through NATA-accredited laboratory partners. We also take on Trauma & Crime Scene Cleaning, Deceased Estate Clearing, Hoarding & Squalor Cleaning, Meth Testing & Decontamination and Lead Paint Removal.

On insurance jobs we liaise with your insurer from first call to final sign-off, and the 7-Day End-of-Loss project life cycle closes the loss out end to end. Elite Restoration is an IICRC Certified Firm, CM3 certified, with $20 million in public and products liability cover.
