Shipping Information

We deliver products using Australia Post, Aramex (Fastway), and other courier suppliers as required. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location; however, we may charge a flat fee to keep pricing simple and competitive.

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days (excluding public holidays). Delivery timeframes are estimates and generally range between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location and courier conditions.

Shipping Destinations: We ship goods Australia wide. At this time, we do not accept international orders through our website. If you require an international or special order, please contact us through our standard business contact channels.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully. We do not normally provide refunds if you simply change your mind, order incorrectly, or decide you no longer want the product.

You may choose between a refund, exchange, or store credit where goods are:

  • faulty or defective,
  • wrongly described,
  • different to the product purchased, or
  • do not perform as advertised.

This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Security Policies

When purchasing from us, card details are transmitted through a secure payment environment (for example, a hosted payment page provided by our banking or payment partner). Card data is not stored by Elite during or after processing, except where required to complete the transaction (e.g., tokenised references handled by the payment provider).

Returns Process

If you believe an item is faulty, incorrectly supplied, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide:

  • your order number and purchase details,
  • a description of the issue, and
  • photos of the product and packaging where relevant.

Where a return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. Return shipping arrangements and costs will depend on the reason for return and your consumer law rights.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please notify us promptly and retain all packaging. We may request photos and additional details to assist with courier investigations and to arrange a suitable remedy.
